How to Add Your Signature to Gmail and Outlook
Press "Copy signature", then paste it into your email app's signature box. The formatting and links come with it.

Name, role, company, one phone number and your website are enough. Too many lines look like spam.

How do I add this signature to Gmail?
Press Copy signature. In Gmail on a computer, open Settings, See all settings, then Signature. Create a new one, paste, and click Save changes at the bottom.
Why does my photo not show?
The image must already be online and the link must start with https://. Upload it to your website or a public image host first, then paste the link.
Is there a watermark or branding?
No. The signature contains only your details. There is no watermark or link back to us.
What should a professional email signature include?
Your name, job title, company, one phone number, your website and one or two social links. Keep it to about 4 to 6 lines.
Can I edit the HTML?
Yes. Use Copy HTML code to get the code, which works in most email apps and email marketing tools that accept HTML signatures.
Is this email signature generator free?
